An additional 10 minutes wouldn't cost them much and it would be more appealing for the price. I wish they did 60 minute rather than the 50 minute services, for the cost. I have had a massage here before and it was wonderful. The facial was great and included more massage than usual. They seemed overwhelmed, so I take that in consideration when no one came to get me in reception (I finally walked into the spa myself) and the pitchers of herbal water were empty in some areas. I arrived the day after they opened the new space. Previously, it was quite small and if it was busy you would be walking around people constantly and rooms would be packed. Much larger, including a separate sitting area to talk, in addition to the quiet relaxation waiting area. The spa has expanded the women's (men's don't know) area greatly. Eventually, after a few tries over the day, I called the main casino number and they had the spa manager call me. When I called for an appointment, I couldn't get anyone on the phone, kept me on hold one time 7 minutes. I have been to Skana a few times and the experience, while expensive, is worth it especially if you use the sauna, whirlpool etc along with your treatment.
